If you use Firefox development tools and hot-keys you may have run into the issue where hitting F10 results in the FF menu opening, rather than proceeding to the next line of code. If you move the development tools to the right-side of the browser, F10 starts behaving as expected.
The docking button is typically found in the top-right of the development window.
